The Su-57E will appear with weapons for air combat, ground attack and suppression of enemy air defences. The display will include RVV-MD2 short-range and RVV-BD long-range air-to-air missiles, as well as the Kh-38MLE air-to-surface missile.
Rosoboronexport will also show the aircraft with the Kh-69 low-observable precision-guided cruise missile and the Kh-58UShKE anti-radiation missile. The combination is intended to demonstrate the range of missions available to prospective Su-57E operators.
The United Aircraft Corporation, a subsidiary of Rostec, developed and produces the export-standard fighter. The Su-57E is scheduled to conduct demonstration flights over El Alamein to present its flight performance.
The exhibition is also expected to feature the S-71M and S-71K unmanned platforms, which are designed to be launched from fifth-generation fighters. Their appearance will place unmanned systems alongside the Su-57E within Russia’s combat aviation offering.
“Egypt is Russia’s most important strategic partner,” said Alexander Mikheev, director general of Rosoboronexport. “Military-technical cooperation between our countries has a long history and evolves continuously in line with global market trends.”
“At the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, Rosoboronexport has prepared an exhibit featuring the most advanced combat-proven Russian products for Egypt, Africa and the Middle East,” Mikheev said. “We are showcasing the latest aircraft and their weapons, air defence systems, including counter-UAV solutions, loitering munitions and drones.”
“A number of these products are completely new, shown for the first time anywhere in the world,” Mikheev added. The company did not specify which of the individual products would make their global debut.
The wider Russian display will include the modernised Yak-130M combat trainer, equipped with an active electronically scanned array radar and an expanded range of guided weapons. A modernised Ka-52E reconnaissance and attack helicopter will also be shown with the GOES-451M electro-optical system and the 305E guided missile.
Russian air defence equipment at the event will include the Pantsir-SMD-E surface-to-air missile system, the Verba man-portable system and the ZAK-30 Citadel anti-aircraft gun. Rosoboronexport will also present counter-drone equipment, loitering munitions and reconnaissance unmanned aircraft.
