The upgraded GÖKSUR PDMS, dubbed GÖKSUR 100-N, boasts a 20-missile launcher capacity and incorporates the GÖKSUR IIR missile, originally designed for air-to-air combat and now adapted for naval use. The GÖKSUR 100-N offers 360-degree target engagement, quick deployment even in harsh sea conditions, and effective multi-threat response thanks to its turret stabilisation and advanced fire control system. Enhanced with artificial intelligence and mid-course guidance features, this system promises significant improvements in both operational flexibility and situational awareness for naval vessels.
In addition to the GÖKSUR 100-N, ASELSAN will display other configurations, such as the GÖKSUR 100-N VLS (Vertical Launcher System) and the GÖKSUR 100-N/StA, which operates as a standalone turret. These variants provide users with adaptable missile defence solutions tailored to diverse operational needs.
The event will also showcase other ASELSAN products, including the GÖKDENİZ Close-in Weapon System, MARLİN Unmanned Surface Vehicle, DÜFAS Low-Frequency Active Sonar System, and DERİNGÖZ Autonomous Underwater Vehicle. This comprehensive display underlines ASELSAN’s commitment to cutting-edge naval defence technology.
Ahmet Akyol, President and CEO of ASELSAN, highlighted the significance of this showcase: “As ASELSAN, we are excited to showcase our expertise and innovative solutions in the naval domain at EURONAVAL, and to introduce the new version of our GÖKSUR Point Defence Missile System.
