ASELSAN, Türkiye’s leading defence company, has unveiled a suite of advanced warfare technologies at IDEF 2025, including solutions in precision strike, electronic warfare, tactical communications, and drone defence. The systems launched include GÖKTAN, KORAL 200, TURAN, EJDERHA, and GÜRZ, each designed to meet the evolving needs of modern armed forces operating across multiple domains.

The newly introduced GÖKTAN Ground-Based Precision Strike System allows long-range, high-precision ground-to-ground strikes under all weather and light conditions. Equipped with the TOLUN-S smart munition, it offers 360-degree strike capability and simultaneous multi-target engagement, enhancing battlefield flexibility and integration across platforms.

The KORAL 200 Mobile Radar Electronic Warfare System integrates advanced Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Attack (EA) capabilities into a single NATO-compliant platform. It can operate independently or within a larger force, offering rapid deployment and effective protection in contested electromagnetic environments.

ASELSAN also launched the EJDERHA High-Power Electromagnetic Counter-UAV System, which neutralises mini and micro drones by directly targeting their electronic components. Mounted on a trailer for mobility, it disrupts drone control systems with permanent effect, differing from conventional jammers by minimising collateral impact.

The GÜRZ Unmanned Air Defense System is a mobile, very short-range air defence solution that can operate remotely or autonomously using onboard artificial intelligence. Integrated with HERİKKS and HAKİM command systems, it provides frontline defence against low-altitude threats such as helicopters, UAVs, and missiles using both missile and gun-based weapons.

ASELSAN also presented TURAN, a next-generation Brigade on the Move Communication System that enables secure voice, data, and video transmission while in motion. With capabilities for civilian infrastructure integration, long-range high-speed connectivity, and advanced encryption, TURAN ensures continuous coordination across allied and commercial networks.

Commenting on the unveiling, ASELSAN President & CEO Ahmet Akyol stated: “With nearly 50 years of expertise, ASELSAN continuously adapts to evolving battlefield challenges by delivering cutting-edge, responsive technologies. Our newly introduced systems provide powerful solutions that enhance operational superiority in electronic warfare, communications, precision strikes, and counter-drone defense.”

Akyol added: “Our company remains committed to developing innovative systems that shape the future of defense and addressing the requirements of our allies worldwide.”
