Türkiye’s leading defence company ASELSAN has announced the successful completion of system acceptance for its ALP 100-G Low Altitude Radar System. Following months of rigorous testing, the system has proven its high-performance detection, tracking, and mobility capabilities.

The temporary acceptance tests, which commenced on 2 December 2024, were successfully concluded after more than six months of thorough infrastructure, installation, and system evaluations. ALP 100-G demonstrated outstanding reliability under challenging operational conditions, showcasing its ability to detect and track targets with exceptional accuracy.

The success of ALP 100-G is attributed to the commitment and collaboration of the project team and all stakeholders involved. ASELSAN emphasised that this achievement once again highlights the company’s dedication to delivering state-of-the-art radar solutions for national defence.

Equipped with advanced detection algorithms and high-precision tracking, the system’s performance marks a significant milestone in Türkiye’s radar technology. ASELSAN’s adoption of Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) technology allows the ALP 100-G to deliver three-dimensional tracking of aerial threats while ensuring rapid deployment and high mobility in the field.

The successful acceptance of ALP 100-G not only underscores its operational readiness but also signals the start of serial production. ASELSAN stated that the system is now set to be integrated into Türkiye’s air defence network, significantly boosting national air security.
