Boeing delivers 20 new AH-64E Apache attack helicopters in 2023

The Netherlands plans to purchase AGM-179 JAGM (Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles) from the United States for its fleet of AH-64E Apache attack helicopters. This was announced by the Secretary of State for Defence of the Netherlands Christophe van der Maat.

Boeing, the American defence and aerospace company, has announced its 2023 aircraft delivery results to customers worldwide.

 

In total, the company delivered 77 AH-64E Apache combat helicopters this year, including 20 brand new units and 57 upgraded from earlier variants. Additionally, Boeing handed over 20 heavy CH-47F Chinook transport helicopters, of which 9 were upgraded models, and 2 multi-mission MH-139A Grey Wolf helicopters.

The company’s delivery portfolio for 2023 also included 22 F/A-18E/F Super Hornet multi-role combat aircraft, 13 KC-46A Pegasus aerial refueling and transport planes, 11 P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft, and three T-7A Red Hawk advanced training jets.

Furthermore, Boeing completed deliveries of 9 F-15 Eagle fighter aircraft to various customers in 2023.
