The agreement was signed by Excalibur International, which is part of the CSG group, following an accelerated tender procedure reflecting the urgent need to replenish the armed forces’ ammunition stocks.

The project will also involve MSM Group, another company within CSG. The ammunition will be produced by MSM Group companies, including VOP Nováky, ZVS, Fábrica de Municiones de Granada and ZVI, which manufacture artillery, mortar, tank and medium-calibre ammunition in line with NATO standards.

Michal Radouch, Sales Director of Excalibur International, said: “This contract is another example of the CSG group’s strategy to establish new relationships and develop existing partnerships with customers in NATO countries, which represent important pillars of European security. The CSG group offers its production capacities not only to customers from NATO, but also to reliable partners outside it, thus contributing to strengthening the importance of the European defence industry in the world in the context of the current complex international situation.”
