The contract covers handheld detection and counterdrone systems along with related accessories. DroneShield expects to complete deliveries during the third quarter of 2025, with payment scheduled across the third and fourth quarters of the same year.
The reseller, which is contractually bound to distribute DroneShield’s products to the European military customer, has previously placed progressively larger orders over the past two years. A prior order in April 2024 amounted to approximately $0.5 million.
According to DroneShield, no additional material conditions are required to complete the transaction. The company also stated that the identity of the end customer is not expected to have a material effect on its securities.
DroneShield has expanded its production and inventory capabilities to ensure timely fulfilment of the order within the quarter. All previous transactions with the reseller have been executed professionally, with imports, deliveries, and payments completed on time.
Oleg Vornik, CEO of DroneShield, said: “In succession to the $32.3 million repeat order announced on 14 April 2025 for another customer, DroneShield products are now being purchased in material quantities. The scale and frequency of orders has been increasing as leading Military customers are moving from testing hardware to broader rollouts.”
He added: “DroneShield is well placed to meet the increasing demand.”
