EDGE is presenting 42 new products and solutions at Dubai Airshow 2025, marking one of the group’s most extensive launches since its formation. The line up spans autonomous systems, smart weapons, propulsion systems, space capabilities, radar technologies, and secure communications.

Hamad Al Marar, Managing Director and CEO, EDGE Group, says: “Dubai Airshow has a special place in EDGE’s story. It was here in 2019 that our story began, and this year it stands as proof of how far we have advanced.” He adds: “From a bold idea to a global force, we’ve now launched 42 new products in a single day and more than 250 across our portfolio. We are not only meeting the needs of the local market but competing globally, with over 53 per cent of our revenue now driven by exports. What was once an ambition is now a reality powered by our people, our world-class partners, and an unrelenting determination to lead the future of advanced technology and defence.”

The autonomous systems revealed include Omen, a hover to cruise autonomous air vehicle developed under the new EDGE Anduril Production Alliance. This alliance enables EDGE to access Anduril’s Lattice software platform to support AI driven command and control across joint venture systems.

Other autonomous systems on show include JERNAS M, a compact MALE UAV for ISR and precision strike missions, and VORTEX E, a system designed for precise counter drone interception. STRIKE, a fixed wing weapon carrier, extends tactical reach for medium altitude operations.

EDGE is unveiling a new range of smart weapons focused on cost effectiveness, speed to market, and operational performance. The line up features WSM 1, a long range cruise strike option, alongside DARKWING, a modular autonomous strike system, and THUNDER ER, which converts legacy munitions into stand off weapons.

To support these systems, EDGE is expanding its propulsion portfolio to cover piston, turbine, microjet, and hybrid engines as well as solid, liquid, and hybrid rocket motors. These capabilities support UAVs, loitering munitions, missile platforms, smart weapons, suborbital missions, and future space launch applications.

In the space domain, EDGE is launching ZENITH, a sovereign operations and data orchestration platform. It provides unified access to national, commercial, and allied space data, offering mission teams a single operational picture for coordinated Earth observation and space awareness tasks.

New radar technologies include the AL HARRIS X AESA radar for short range air defence and counter drone missions. The AMES P airborne reconnaissance pod complements it with high precision signal detection, geolocation, and electronic support functions.

EDGE is also expanding its secure communications offering with the KATIM GATEWAY X9000M, a pocket sized network encryptor providing government grade protection. Fully interoperable with existing KATIM systems, it strengthens sovereign capability in secure data mobility.

Since its debut at the 2019 Dubai Airshow with 30 products, EDGE has grown its portfolio to 250, with 150 now on display. The group says this expansion reflects sustained investment in sovereign capability and the value of strategic partnerships that boost its international competitiveness and export revenues.
