EuroTrophy has signed a €330 million contract with KNDS Deutschland to supply Trophy Active Protection Systems for the Leopard 2A8 programs of Lithuania, The Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Croatia. The agreement was announced in Frankfurt am Main on January 19, 2026.

The contract covers the delivery of Trophy APS units as well as spare parts, courses, training packages, and additional logistics equipment required for through-life support. These elements are intended to ensure sustained operational readiness of the active protection systems across all user nations.

Trophy APS is included as a standard component of the Leopard 2A8 configuration, enabling interoperability and full commonality among the participating countries. This standardization supports coordinated operations and shared sustainment across the four national fleets.

With this contract, Trophy becomes the NATO Active Protection System of choice, providing the range of protection capabilities required for the eastern front and modern battlefield environments. The system has already been integrated on major Western main battle tanks, including the Leopard 2, Abrams M1, and Merkava IV, as well as lighter platforms such as Boxer, Patria AMV, and Namer APC.

EuroTrophy serves as the European hub for the Trophy APS and is based in Germany. The company provides a European-made, combat-proven, NATO-fielded active protection system along with vehicle integration support, maintenance services, and full life-cycle support.
