ICEYE has secured a €300 million three-year committed revolving credit facility to support continued growth. The company said the facility will support the issuance of guarantees for customer contracts, provide a liquidity backstop and help enable further business expansion.

The seven-bank syndicate includes Nordic, regional and global relationship banking partners. ICEYE said the combined capabilities and operating footprint of the banks are aligned with its plan to expand globally into new key markets.

“2025 was a defining year for ICEYE as we scaled revenue, profitability, and cash generation simultaneously,” said John Lauria, Global Head of Treasury, ICEYE.

“The RCF origination reflects continued confidence in ICEYE’s business and demonstrates our ability to access diverse sources of capital to support rapid global growth,” Lauria added. “It also enhances our financial flexibility as demand for sovereign intelligence capabilities continues to grow exponentially.”

Citi and Danske Bank acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Mandated Lead Arrangers for the facility. ICEYE said the credit line strengthens its financial position following strong operational and financial performance in 2025.

The company said it doubled in size during 2025. ICEYE expects similar growth in 2026 as demand for sovereign intelligence from space continues to increase.
