Texelis will provide Milrem Robotics with a state-of-the-art Tank Electrified Drivetrain, enabling the development of 12+ ton robotic platforms with unparalleled mobility and durability. These platforms will offer enhanced operational capabilities, including advanced battlefield manoeuvrability, robust protection, and cutting-edge technological integration.

The Tank Electrified Drivetrain provided by Texelis will be tailored to the unique demands of tracked vehicles, drawing on the company’s extensive experience in developing high-performance drivetrains for armoured platforms. This drivetrain will allow Milrem’s RCVs to achieve superior endurance, versatility, and the ability to navigate extreme terrains.
This collaboration also strengthens European defence industrial cooperation, leveraging French mobility engineering expertise and Milrem’s established leadership in robotics. By fostering innovation within Europe, the partnership supports key defence objectives such as autonomy in critical technologies and improved regional security.
Milrem Robotics is widely recognised for its flagship systems, including the THeMIS UGV and Type-X RCV, as well as its contribution to the European Defence Industrial Development Programme (EDIDP) project iMUGS.
