Pat Williams, Chief Programs Officer at Oshkosh Defense, stated, “Oshkosh is honoured that the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps has chosen to equip its formations with the Oshkosh DXPV.” The vehicle provides advanced off-road mobility, speed, transportability, and seamless integration with NATO forces.
“Our DXPV is highly common with the approximately 22,000 JLTVs delivered to the U.S. DoD and more than 1,600 JLTVs produced for other NATO and allied countries,” Williams added. “This high level of commonality not only significantly reduces the logistics footprint required to support and sustain the DXPV, but also ensures exceptional system performance, maximises operational readiness, and enhances interoperability.”
The selection makes the Netherlands the latest in a growing list of allied nations to adopt the Oshkosh platform, joining countries such as Lithuania, Slovenia, North Macedonia, and Israel. Oshkosh Defense remains the only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) currently authorised to supply the JLTV directly to international partners.
Renowned for its innovation in military vehicle design and sustainment, Oshkosh Defense continues to deliver globally supported solutions throughout their life cycle. The company’s focus on emerging technologies and mission success reinforces its leadership in modern military mobility systems.
