OCCAR-EA highlighted a focus on obsolescence management to increase contractor autonomy, enabling faster and more efficient processes, which is critical as the Tiger MkIII Mid-Life Upgrade approaches.
For France, the agreement includes dedicated maintenance and technical support services by Airbus teams stationed at army sites. This tailored service ensures the availability of spare parts through a service-by-the-hour model, with Airbus Helicopters managing the stock.
