Revenue for the six-month period grew by 21.5% to €620 million, while adjusted EBIT rose by 29.4% to €89 million. The adjusted EBIT margin improved to 14.4% from 13.5% a year earlier.

The Vehicle Mobility Solutions segment remained the main growth driver, with order intake increasing by 65.9% to €681 million and revenue rising by 32% to €389 million. Adjusted EBIT in this segment grew by 45.3% to €67 million, lifting the margin to 17.1%, supported by a USD 99 million repeat order for RENK America from a long-standing defence customer.
In the Marine & Industry segment, order intake rose by 16.4% to €183 million and revenue increased by 8.7% to €176 million. Adjusted EBIT reached €19 million, up 16.1% year on year, with the margin improving slightly to 10.7%.
The Slide Bearings segment saw order intake fall by 5.5% to €66 million, but revenue edged up by 2.6% to €63 million. Adjusted EBIT declined by 5.4% to €10 million, though the margin of 16.6% remained above the Group average.
“We consistently pursued our profitable growth trajectory in the first half of this year and further improved the Group-level margin through increased revenue and strict cost management,” said CFO of the RENK Group AG Anja Mänz-Siebje.
The Management Board confirmed its forecast for the full year 2025, expecting revenue to exceed €1.3 billion and adjusted EBIT to be between €210 million and €235 million. This outlook does not include additional potential from future German and European defence procurement projects.
