Saab and Radionix sign agreement to doost Ukraine’s defence capabilities

Swedish defence company Saab has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ukrainian defence firm Radionix, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration. The partnership will focus on the development and maintenance of sensors and defence electronics to enhance Ukraine’s military capabilities.

 

The collaboration aims to leverage the strengths of both companies in areas such as radar technology and optical targeting equipment. Radionix, a key player in Ukraine’s defence industry, brings valuable expertise in these fields, while Saab will contribute its extensive experience in defence technology and international partnerships.

Through this agreement, Saab reinforces its commitment to supporting Ukraine’s defence sector at a critical time. The partnership also highlights the growing international cooperation aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defence industry against emerging threats.

“We look forward to this collaboration with Radionix, leveraging both companies’ expertise,” said Anders Carp, Deputy CEO of Saab. He emphasised that the agreement underscores Saab’s dedication to enhancing Ukraine’s defence capabilities and fostering industrial growth in the sector.

The MoU signifies a step forward in strengthening Ukraine’s defence infrastructure through advanced technological solutions. It is expected that both companies will work closely to develop innovations in defence electronics that meet the evolving security needs of the region.
