The Modular JLTV Crew Trainer is making its debut in the Middle East, offering a highly immersive training experience. It is the first simulator designed for the JLTV platform that allows all four crew members—driver, gunner, commander, and fourth operator—to train simultaneously.
The simulator replicates the interior of the JLTV, enabling comprehensive mission training. It covers essential skills such as tactical manoeuvring, weapon handling, intercom and radio communication, and terrain observation.
Mounted on a 6DoF (Degrees of Freedom) motion platform, the system accurately simulates different terrains and battlefield conditions. This provides trainees with realistic haptic feedback, enhancing the authenticity of the training experience.
The simulator is also equipped to integrate any remote weapon system, including full ballistics and destruction models. This ensures adaptable training scenarios for different operational requirements.
Alongside the JLTV Crew Trainer, Guardiaris will present the Small Arms Mobile Trainer (SAMT). This system is known for its flexibility in delivering marksmanship and tactical training across various small arms and anti-armour weapons.
Both simulators are designed for interoperability, allowing seamless integration with other Guardiaris training systems and external military platforms. This capability enables large-scale, multi-location training exercises.
Guardiaris’ participation at IDEX 2025 highlights its commitment to advancing military training technology. The company aims to strengthen global partnerships and provide innovative solutions for enhanced combat readiness.
