The Dutch Ministry of Defence has announced that the new Combat Support Ship (CSS), the future Zr.Ms. Den Helder, has entered its final stages of development. This morning, the vessel embarked on its maiden sea trials from the Damen Shipyards in Galaţi, Romania. The ship is expected to arrive at its next port of call by the end of next week.
