The Department of the Air Force has announced Ebbing Air National Guard Base (ANGB) in Fort Smith, Arkansas, as the preferred location to house 12 additional F-35 Lightning II aircraft. These advanced jets will be part of the training centre designed for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) participants.
