The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Moldova and the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments (ECDI) signed a Memorandum of Undrestanding (MOU) on April 14, 2023, to facilitate mutual cooperation in implementing an EU assistance measure under the European Peace Facility adopted in June last year, under which ECDI will procure non-lethal equipment for the Moldovan Armed Forces.
