The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has introduced a new testing capability with the Tethered Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Experimentation Payload System (TULEPS), showcased recently at a training event at Naval Air Station Patuxent River’s Webster Outlying Field.
