Patria to deliver more Tracked Bridge Layer Vehicles to the Finnish Defence Forces

Patria and the Logistics Command of the Finnish Defence Forces have signed an agreement on delivery of new Leopard 2L Tracked Bridge Laying Vehicles.

The modernization of four Hamina-class fast-attack missile craft is complete and the vessels are in operational use in the Finnish Navy. The fast-attack craft’s mid-life upgrade was carried out during 2018-2023. Finnish company Patria has acted as the main contractor of the project, and delivery festivities are celebrated in Turku today 12 December.

The modernization of four Hamina-class fast-attack missile craft is complete and the vessels are in operational use in the Finnish Navy.

The Finnish Navy’s Hamina-Class vessels´ modernisation and Mid-Life Upgrade (MLU) project has reached final approval. The Finnish Defence Forces and Patria signed a contract for the modernization and mid-life upgrade of four vessels in 2018. In the project Patria has been acting as the prime contractor, designer, and the lead system integrator.

The Finnish Defence Forces and Patria signed a contract for the modernization and mid-life upgrade of four vessels in 2018.

The Swedish Army has officially received the first batch of new Patria's six-wheeled armoured vehicles, in Sweden called Pansarterrängbil 300. The vehicles, which were manufactured in Finland, will be part of the current expansion of Swedish Armed Forces.

The Swedish Army has officially received the first batch of new Patria’s six-wheeled armoured vehicles, in Sweden called Pansarterrängbil 300.

Patria and United Aero Group (UAG) have entered into initial cooperation aimed at building a programme to acquire pre-owned Black Hawk helicopters from US Army and to perform refurbishment programmes and upgrades including mission kit installations. The programme is set to start in 2024. After undergoing the modernisation these Black Hawks will be capable of taking on a wider range of missions with increased efficiency and capabilities.

Patria and United Aero Group entered into initial cooperation to offer upgraded UH-60 Black Hawks focusing on European market area.

Patria develops, markets and manufactures turreted mortar systems and provides technology transfer for them. Company's core product of turret product family is Patria NEMO mortar system and its life cycle support services. Patria's proven weapon technology is based on Patria’s 80 years of experience with 120 mm mortars.
