Planet Labs Germany GmbH has announced a multi-year agreement worth €240 million, funded by the German government, to support peace and security across Europe.

Planet Labs PBC has been awarded a new seven-figure contract by NATO to provide advanced daily monitoring and intelligence capabilities across the Alliance’s key strategic regions. The agreement comes amid significant global shifts, with European nations accelerating defence enhancements in response to evolving geopolitical challenges.

Planet Labs PBC, a leading provider of daily data and insights about Earth, announced it has signed a new contract with the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). NCIA's Alliance Persistent Surveillance from Space (APSS) program will use Planet’s SkySat high-resolution satellite data to support NATO missions.
