RFA: new guardian of key underwater infrastructure arrives in UK
The first of the UK’s two new ships to protect key underwater infrastructure today arrived on Merseyside to begin preparing for front-line duties.

The order for the Fleet Solid Support ships will deliver three ships to the Royal Fleet Auxiliary by 2032, providing ammunition, spare parts, replacement jet engines, food and provisions to sustain large-scale naval operations.
