BAE Systems and Polish defence company WZM sign agreement to support M88A2 recovery vehicles in Poland

BAE Systems has signed a licensing agreement with Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne S.A. (WZM) to support the maintenance of M88A2 Armoured Recovery Vehicles operated by the Polish Land Forces.

On February 20, the service center for Abrams main battle tanks was officially opened at the Military Automotive Works (a subsidiary of the Polish state-owned defence conglomerate PGZ) in Poznan, Poland.

The Regional Competence Center for Abrams main battle tanks was officially opened at the Military Automotive Works (a subsidiary of the Polish state-owned defence conglomerate PGZ) in Poznan, Poland.

On June 26, General Dynamics Land Systems (GDELS) and Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) signed an agreement to establish a competence center for servicing Abrams tanks in Poland. The center will be set up at the Military Automotive Works (WZM) in Poznań.
