Under the EA, 75 separate contracts—comprising 15 prime contracts and 60 related ones—will be consolidated into a single streamlined contract. This approach is designed to cut procurement times, eliminate reseller fees, and deliver advanced data integration, analytics, and AI tools more rapidly to military personnel.
The agreement offers the flexibility for the Army and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies to procure goods and services as needed, with the potential for significant cost savings. It includes volume-based discounts and spans a performance period of up to 10 years, with a maximum value not to exceed $10 billion.
“This Enterprise Agreement represents a pivotal step in the Army’s commitment to modernizing our capabilities while being fiscally responsible,” said Leo Garciga, the Army’s Chief Information Officer. “By streamlining our procurement processes and leveraging enterprise-level discounts, we are not only enhancing our operational effectiveness but also maximizing our buying power.”
The contract does not constitute an obligation of funds but establishes a ceiling for future purchases of Palantir’s commercial products. The Army stated that it remains dedicated to competitive procurement practices to ensure innovative, cost-effective solutions are delivered consistently.
