W5 Solutions awarded SEK 25 million contract for live fire training system by Finnish Defence Forces

Swedish defence firm W5 Solutions has announced the signing of a key agreement with the Finnish Defence Forces to deliver a mobile live fire training system. The initial contract is valued at SEK 25 million, with delivery scheduled for 2025–2026.

Swedish defence firm W5 Solutions has announced the signing of a key agreement with the Finnish Defence Forces to deliver a mobile live fire training system. The initial contract is valued at SEK 25 million, with delivery scheduled for 2025–2026.

 

The deal includes further options worth up to SEK 27 million, which could be exercised by 2027 for delivery by 2028.

W5 Solutions will supply a trailer-based tactical target system, enabling flexible and efficient deployment of live fire training at multiple locations. This system supports advanced combat readiness and is tailored to meet the operational needs of modern armed forces.
