W5 Solutions wins SEK 57 million contract from KNDS for Swedish CV90 simulators

W5 Solutions has secured a SEK 57 million order from KNDS in Germany to provide simulator cabins for the Swedish Armed Forces’ new CV90 training systems. The agreement was awarded to W5’s Power business area and involves design, development, and production work, with deliveries scheduled from 2025 to 2028.

W5 Solutions has secured a SEK 57 million order from KNDS in Germany to provide simulator cabins for the Swedish Armed Forces’ new CV90 training systems. The agreement was awarded to W5’s Power business area and involves design, development, and production work, with deliveries scheduled from 2025 to 2028.

 

The contract underlines W5 Solutions’ position as a key supplier to KNDS, a European leader in armoured vehicle technology. It includes not only the manufacturing of the simulator cabins but also integrated logistics support, service, and ongoing operational support.

This new order reinforces W5’s long-standing expertise in advanced simulation systems for defence applications. It marks another step in the company’s efforts to support the modernisation and readiness of the Swedish Armed Forces.
