Slovakia has so far delivered a total of eight Zuzana 2 self-propelled to Ukraine. Slovak defence minister Jaroslav Nad’ confirmed that one of them was destroyed by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
According to the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic, the Slovak delegation gained knowledge about the combat use of the Zuzana 2 artillery system directly from Ukrainian soldiers. This information will allow the producer of the howitzer, the Slovak company Konstrukta-Defence, to introduce technical improvements in the further production of Zuzana 2 artillery systems.
