CAE has been recognised on TIME’s list of Canada’s Best Companies 2025, a distinction awarded in collaboration with global data provider Statista. The selection was based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

The award evaluated companies headquartered in Canada with annual revenues exceeding $100 million. It considered data from more than 49,000 employees over three years and included key metrics from Statista’s Growth and Company Databases, as well as a composite ESG Index.

“This recognition is a true testament to the strength of our culture and the remarkable people who bring CAE’s purpose to life,” said Hélène V. Gagnon, Chief People and Sustainability Officer at CAE. “At CAE, we are all for succeeding together – it’s the essence of our One CAE philosophy.”

The company recently refreshed its employee value proposition with the guiding principle “All for creating meaningful impact.” This is reflected in its inclusive workplace culture and initiatives that support employee well-being and professional development.

Benefits include flexible vacation, enhanced parental leave top-ups, sabbaticals, and leadership training opportunities. These are designed to help employees grow their careers while maintaining work-life balance.

CAE also fosters inclusion through employee resource groups that strengthen belonging and respect across the organisation. Employees are encouraged to contribute to company success in an environment that values both performance and personal fulfilment.

In parallel with its workplace efforts, CAE continues to demonstrate strong financial discipline and consistent revenue generation. By integrating employee engagement and sustainability into its business strategy, the company delivers value to all stakeholders.
