Glasgow-based Walker supplies products used in missile seekers, guidance systems and control systems. Its customers include major European space and defense prime contractors with global reach.
Walker’s manufacturing capabilities include precision machining, advanced materials design and electroplating. The company also produces electromechanical assemblies and performs key processes in-house.
The acquisition expands Karman beyond its existing 17 locations across eight U.S. states. Walker brings operations and employees in Scotland, England and Poland.
Karman said the transaction supports its strategy of serving U.S. and allied national security priorities. It also broadens the company’s access to current and next-generation missile programs.

Walker was founded in 1979 and has built multi-decade relationships with major defense primes. The company has developed a vertically integrated manufacturing model focused on aerospace, defense and space programs.
“Over the past eight years, Walker has invested in our people, facilities and capabilities to become a trusted manufacturing partner to industry leaders across the aerospace, defense and space sectors,” said George Adams, Walker chief executive officer. “Joining Karman marks an exciting new chapter that will allow us to build on those foundations.”
The transaction is expected to close during Karman’s third fiscal quarter of 2026. Closing remains subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
Karman expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to revenue and backlog. It also expects positive contributions to adjusted EBITDA, adjusted earnings per share and cash flow.
