The cooperation covers the production of existing systems and the development of new robotic combat capabilities. The companies said the partnership will support Ukraine’s Defence Forces and create solutions for international markets.

Kongsberg said Ukraine’s defence technology sector is developing at exceptional speed. The company described partnerships with Ukrainian companies as an important element in building future defence capabilities.

Bull said the cooperation links battle-proven Ukrainian systems with Kongsberg’s long experience in advanced defence technology. “Cooperation with DevDroid combines battle-proven solutions with Kongsberg’s decades of experience in developing advanced defence systems and establishes a foundation for the joint development and production of robotic systems for Ukraine and international markets.”
The Memorandum was signed during the Ukraine Recovery Conference. Kongsberg said the signing highlights growing interest among international defence companies in cooperation with Ukraine’s defence technology industry.
The partnership is intended to support joint technological solutions that strengthen the security of Ukraine and Europe. It also positions Ukrainian robotic warfare experience as part of wider international defence cooperation.
