The U.S. Department of State has approved a potential sale of AMRAAM-ER missiles to the Netherlands, the Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) announced in a press release on 12 June.
Raytheon and Kongsberg successfully completed a flight test of an updated AMRAAM-ER missile variant from a NASAMS air defence system.
The Hungarian Defence Forces have taken delivery of the first two fire units of the NASAMS air defence system, supplied by the Norwegian company Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace.
