The South Korean defence company Hanwha Aerospace, in collaboration with the Polish defence industry, has handed over18 K239 Chunmoo launchers to the Polish Armed Forces.

The first K239 Chunmoo launcher, manufactured by the South Korean defence company Hanwha Aerospace, has arrived in Poland. This marks the beginning of the delivery process for the 218 launchers of this MLRS system contracted by Poland last year.

The first K239 Chunmoo launcher, manufactured by the South Korean defence company Hanwha Aerospace, has arrived in Poland.

Hanwha Aerospace, the largest aerospace and defence group in South Korea, signed a contract on February 22 to purchase command and control (C2) systems from WB Group, a leading Polish electronics and aeronautics manufacturer, for the delivery of K239 MRLS to the Polish Land Forces.
