“This is another example of how direct dialogue and the persistent stance of the President of Ukraine at the highest level deliver results,” said Defense Minister Evgeniy Khmara. “And this result is important, above all, for our front line, for service members, for drone operations, logistics, and communications.”
The ministry said it would continue monitoring and recording the operation of both services. The announcement did not specify the cause or duration of the restrictions or explain how they were resolved.
