According to the Ukroboronprom, ammunition was produced outside Ukraine in cooperation with one of the NATO countries.
This is the second batch of 122mm artillery ammunition produced by Ukroboronprom outside Ukraine. As Defence Industry Europe reported, the first batch of this ammunition was delivered in March.
122mm ammunition is used by several types of artillery systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for example, the D-30 towed howitzer and 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer.
