The eBee VISION system is specifically designed for real-time situational awareness, catering to public safety and military ISR applications. Compact and portable, the drone is carried in a backpack, hand-launched, and operated by a single pilot, making it ideal for rapid deployment in dynamic environments. Its advanced imaging capabilities include both visual and thermal (IR) sensors, even in GNSS-denied conditions.
AgEagle CEO Bill Irby highlighted the significance of the contract, noting that DALO’s decision reflects the reliability and versatility of the eBee drones in military settings. “We are committed to enhancing ISR capabilities and expect to strengthen our presence in the defence market further,” he said.
The eBee VISION system also prioritises cybersecurity, featuring two-way communications secured by AES-256 encryption, the standard for U.S. government and military applications. This ensures operational integrity even in high-security missions.
DALO, tasked with managing the acquisition and maintenance of equipment for Danish Defence operations, continues to rely on the eBee series for its robust performance. The eBee X fleet, already operational for mapping missions, will now be complemented by the versatile capabilities of the eBee VISION systems.
The final delivery of the three drones has been successfully completed, further enhancing the Danish Armed Forces’ ISR readiness and operational efficiency.
