Training for Ukraine’s military worth EUR 45 million has also been agreed, yesterday announced Josep Borell, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission.

“This is the seventh package of military aid for Ukraine,” Borrell told a press conference after the EU foreign ministers’ meeting.
This brings the total amount of military financial aid to Ukraine financed through the European Peace Facility to EUR 3.6 billion . Meanwhile, total European Union support for the Ukraine is now approaching EUR 50 billion, making the EU the leading provider of aid to Ukraine.
