MilDef has been entrusted by the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) to deliver rugged computers, switches and IT equipment to be integrated into Denmark's new artillery system. Deliveries are scheduled for 2024-2025 and the order value amounts to SEK 27.5 million.

MilDef has a long-term relationship with the purchasing organization DALO to which MilDef delivers tactical IT equipment, such as computers, monitors, network infrastructure and software. In addition to the actual ordering of uniquely developed hardware for e.g. artillery systems, MilDef’s involvement in both ground and air defense systems has deepened over the years.

“With a long history of serving the Nordic defence procurement agencies, MilDef is well positioned to play a key role in the modernization of increasingly interwoven defence systems in the Nordic region and NATO. We are now seeing the effects of increased collaboration and technology sharing across national borders, which fits MilDef’s offering perfectly,” says Daniel Ljunggren, President and CEO of MilDef.
