The NRO’s Commercial Systems Program Office awarded the contract under the RCA procurement vehicle. ICEYE US will provide imagery tasking, archived collections, imagery-derived products and related development work.
The services will support the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of War and other authorized government users. The company did not disclose the contract’s value or performance period.
The RCA program is the NRO’s dedicated mechanism for procuring commercial radar imagery for the U.S. government. ICEYE said the award follows its earlier multi-year study contract with the agency.
The selection expands the potential use of commercial radar capabilities alongside national systems. It also marks another step in integrating private-sector remote sensing into government collection architectures.
ICEYE US provides unclassified SAR data that can be distributed under existing information-sharing agreements. This allows imagery to be shared across defense, intelligence and civil agencies, as well as allied and coalition partners.

ICEYE US said its satellites can deliver imagery within hours of accepting an order. A single satellite can collect areas covering up to 120,000 square kilometers or capture imagery at resolutions as fine as 25 centimeters.
