The deal is worth about SEK 2 billion, with Saab due to deliver the equipment to Naval Group between 2027 and 2034.
The weapons package includes Saab’s RBS15 anti-ship missile, Lightweight Torpedo and Trackfire Remote Weapon Station.
Saab will also supply its Weapon Control System, the Ceros fire control director, EOS 500 and the Sea Giraffe 1X lightweight surveillance radar.
Mats Wicksell, head of Saab’s Naval business area, said the deal showed how the company could supply its home market through industrial partnerships.
“The Swedish Navy will gain advanced and integrated capabilities to detect, deter, and respond to threats above and below the surface, while effectively countering evolving asymmetric threats across the maritime domain,” he said.
