The contract is one of several recent agreements and highlights CSG’s ability to respond to growing requirements from armed forces. The company said ongoing expansion of production capacity has enabled faster delivery and improved responsiveness.

“This contract is further evidence of our partners’ trust in the quality and reliability of CSG’s products. Our strategy to systematically strengthen our manufacturing, development and technological capabilities, including the increased vertical integration of our production processes, enables us to rapidly respond to the demands of our customers in Europe and globally, allowing them to confidently address the security challenges they face,” said Jan Marinov.

CSG said the agreement builds on its broader strategy to expand production, improve vertical integration and strengthen supply chain resilience. The company did not disclose details about the customer or the scope of deliveries due to the sensitive nature of the project.

The group is one of Europe’s key manufacturers of large-calibre ammunition. Its subsidiary MSM Group plays a central role in production, bringing together multiple companies to deliver ammunition that meets NATO standards.

CSG has invested in modernising facilities and increasing production capacity in recent years. These efforts are intended to improve control over key processes and support rising demand from European defence customers.

The latest contract follows other recent orders in the ammunition segment. Earlier this year, Excalibur International secured a contract to supply tens of thousands of artillery and mortar rounds to a Western European NATO member state.

CSG is also expanding in other defence sectors, including air defence systems. The company recently announced contracts worth nearly $2.5 billion for long-term supply of such systems to customers in Southeast Asia, including associated services and infrastructure support.

The company said these developments demonstrate its ability to deliver complex defence solutions and reflect its growing international presence. Its recent listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange has also underlined its increasing role in the global defence industry.
