Elbit Systems awarded contract for Swedish Army LSS Mark digitization program

Elbit Systems was awarded approximately USD 170 million contract to become Integration partner for Swedish Army LSS Mark digitization program. The contract will be performed over a ten-year period.

 

As the integration partner, Elbit Systems Sweden will lead the roll-out of the Swedish Armed Forces’ digitization program for the army. They will integrate, install, maintain, and upgrade command and control systems on a variety of platforms, from command posts, vehicles, to dismounted systems. This will support the growth of the Swedish army and enhance its capabilities.

The work will take place at Elbit Systems Sweden’s facilities, increasing the local footprint. It will employ dozens of system engineers, technicians, and field support engineers over the next few years. This enhances Elbit Systems’ commitment to growing and expanding local know-how and capabilities in Elbit Systems Sweden.

Tobias Wennberg, General Manager of Elbit Systems Sweden, said that being selected as the integration partner for the Army digitization program is a significant achievement for Elbit Systems. “We are very proud of this award.
