Finland: Defence Forces to procure field radios from Elbit

The field radios will be delivered to the Defence Forces in 2022-2024 and they will complement tactical command of troops and fire control. They will be compatible with the previously purchased field radios used by the Army. In addition, the new equipment will replace the analogue field radio equipment that will be decommissioned.

Protection installations for vehicles and equipment as well as maintenance of the new field radios will offer work opportunities for Finnish companies.
