The display comes as governments increase defence spending and reassess air and missile threats. Rafael is positioning its systems around operational performance, delivery speed and industrial capacity.
The company’s long-range strike portfolio will include SPICE 250, ROCKS and ICE BREAKER. Rafael said the systems are designed to operate in contested and GPS-denied environments.
SPICE 250 is intended to let aircraft strike multiple targets in one sortie without GPS or laser designation. ROCKS is a long-range air-to-surface missile designed for hardened and deeply buried targets.
Rafael said it will announce expanded ROCKS launch-platform developments during the show. ICE BREAKER, its fifth-generation cruise missile, offers precision strike at ranges up to 300 kilometres.
ICE BREAKER combines low radar cross-section, terrain-following navigation, AI-based scene matching and man-in-the-loop control. Rafael said the missile can be launched from air, sea and land platforms, reducing logistics complexity for customers using one munition across services.
Airborne targeting will centre on the LITENING 5 pod. Rafael said the pod is carried on more than 25 aircraft types across 28 air forces.
The company said LITENING 5 has supported hundreds of UAV intercepts in active operational theatres. It now provides automatic detection, tracking, identification and terminal guidance across multiple munition types.
Germany’s Bundestag recently authorised 90 LITENING 5 pods for the Luftwaffe’s Eurofighter Typhoon fleet. Rafael said the package includes real-time connectivity and data-sharing capabilities for NATO air operations.
Rafael will also present its layered air defence portfolio. Iron Dome remains the centrepiece, after intercepting thousands of rockets, cruise missiles and UAVs across successive campaigns.
The company delivered the Iron Beam high-power laser system to the IDF in December 2025. Rafael described the delivery as the world’s first operational deployment of a laser-based aerial interception system.
A joint Israeli Ministry of Defense and Rafael test series has validated Iron Beam integration with Iron Dome’s battle-management architecture. The system lets commanders assign threats to missile interceptors or laser systems based on threat type and operating conditions.
Rafael will also show Iron Beam 450, Iron Beam-M and LITE BEAM. The company said the directed-energy family covers fixed, mobile and forward-deployed configurations.
David’s Sling covers the medium-to-long-range ballistic missile and cruise missile layer. SPYDER anchors Rafael’s short-to-medium-range mobile air defence offering and was recently selected by Romania.
Rafael said Romania’s SPYDER selection was the largest defence contract in the company’s history. The wider air defence portfolio is supported by MiCAD, Rafael’s open-architecture battle-management C4I system.
Counter-UAS will be another main focus at Farnborough. Rafael will show Sky Dart, Hunter Eagle and Ghost Hunter as hard-kill options for low-altitude drone threats.
The counter-UAS portfolio was first presented at DSEI 2025 in London. Rafael said it complements its electronic warfare systems and combat-proven directed-energy solutions.
The company will also highlight its European industrial ecosystem. Rafael said local manufacturing infrastructure in Europe and other markets supports shorter delivery schedules and stronger supply chains.
That message is aimed at armed forces facing urgent rearmament requirements. Rafael said customers increasingly want systems that combine field performance with delivery confidence.
