The contract adds to the maintenance network supporting one of the world’s most widely operated multirole fighter aircraft. The F-16 remains a significant part of U.S. and allied air fleets, creating continued demand for the overhaul and return to service of critical components.

Wall Colmonoy has longstanding experience in manufacturing, overhauling and remanufacturing heat exchangers for military aircraft. The company was also an early developer of heat-exchanger overhaul and repair procedures.
A central part of that work is high-temperature furnace brazing, a process used in both heat-exchanger manufacturing and overhaul. Wall Colmonoy combines this expertise with engineering and remanufacturing capabilities to restore components that might otherwise require replacement.
The company said returning existing equipment to service can lower replacement costs while supporting aircraft availability. The new contract applies those capabilities directly to the sustainment requirements of the U.S. Air Force’s F-16 fleet.
Wall Colmonoy’s Oklahoma City facility serves original-equipment manufacturers and maintenance, repair and overhaul providers across the military and commercial aerospace sectors. Its capabilities include design, engineering, brazing, welding, machining, fabrication, assembly and testing of heat exchangers, aircraft exhaust systems and related components.
