Integris Composites has been selected by BAE Systems to provide ballistic protection systems for additional CV90 Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs) to be used by two European countries. This collaboration builds on Integris’s long-standing role as a strategic supplier of armour for BAE Systems.

The CV90, developed by BAE Systems, is recognised as one of the most capable and proven Infantry Fighting Vehicles, with fleets procured by ten nations. Integris’s appointment underscores its continued delivery of advanced vehicle protection solutions, grounded in decades of expertise.

In today’s defence market, suppliers must meet increasing expectations beyond just delivering equipment. Integris has developed the capability to conduct local manufacturing activities to comply with local content requirements in military contracts.

Henrik Jørstad, Sales Director at Integris, stated: “We always have a local content team ready, who can implement the transfer of certain technologies to a different location. The same approach will be used to support BAE Systems in fulfilling their obligation to their customers.”

He added: “We are very proud that BAE Systems has recognized this value, which next to design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, we consider being part of a strategic partnership.”
