Theon International receives fourth delivery order from U.S. Marine Corps under 2023 ID/IQ night-vision contract

Theon International has confirmed a new delivery order in support of the Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle programme for the United States Marine Corps. The company continues to work alongside its US partner, supplying night-vision binocular semi knock down kits and components, while final production and delivery of the complete SBNVG solution take place at its partner’s U.S. facility.

Theon International has confirmed a new delivery order in support of the Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle programme for the United States Marine Corps. The company continues to work alongside its US partner, supplying night-vision binocular semi knock down kits and components, while final production and delivery of the complete SBNVG solution take place at its partner’s U.S. facility.

The latest award marks the fourth delivery order under the programme and secures ongoing production and deliveries through to 2027. It is issued under the multi-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract awarded in 2023, which has a total potential value of approximately $500 million.

More than 25,000 SBNVG systems have been delivered to the U.S. Marine Corps to date. The company states that this volume underlines its position as a trusted and essential supplier of next-generation night-vision technology.
