ASELSAN demonstrated its integrated multi-domain defence portfolio at Eurosatory 2026 in Paris on 16 June. The Turkish defence company presented systems covering the air, land, maritime and electromagnetic domains.

The display included DRONEDEF, the counter-UAV component of ASELSAN’s Steel Dome air defence architecture. The company also showed electronic warfare systems, precision-guided munitions and autonomous underwater vehicles.

ASELSAN described DRONEDEF as an integrated counter-UAV concept. It brings together the İHTAR anti-drone system, GÖKBERK laser weapon system, KORKUT 100/25 SB anti-drone weapon system and EJDERHA high-power electromagnetic anti-UAV system.

The company said these systems provide complementary hard-kill, directed-energy and electromagnetic effects against evolving drone threats. ASELSAN also presented the KALKAN II/M vehicle-mounted mobile search radar.

ASELSAN’s wider display included the Steel Dome layered air defence architecture and the KORAL AD mobile radar electronic warfare system. It also presented the TOLUN family of precision-guided munitions and the KILIÇ family of autonomous underwater vehicles.

The company said the line-up reflects its approach to modern warfare across multiple operational domains. ASELSAN also signed two strategic agreements at the exhibition to expand defence cooperation and improve interoperability across allied defence ecosystems.

ASELSAN signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Daimler Truck. The agreement will explore cooperation on integrating ASELSAN payloads and systems onto Mercedes-Benz Truck-branded Daimler Truck platforms.

The intended cooperation covers participation in air defence and electronic warfare programmes. The agreement also provides a framework for joint marketing and business development activities for mutually agreed customers.

Koluman, Daimler Truck’s original equipment manufacturer in Türkiye, will support implementation of the cooperation. ASELSAN said the agreement forms part of its strategy to expand international cooperation and strengthen defence industry partnerships.

ASELSAN also signed a Letter of Intent with VIC TEC, a Latvian manufacturer of unmanned surface vessel platforms and interceptor drones. The partnership is intended to enhance Latvia’s counter-UAS capabilities in detectors and effectors.

The company said the agreement shows its commitment to Latvia’s defence. It said the partnership also aims to deepen defence cooperation between Türkiye and Latvia.

“ASELSAN’s counter-UAV, precision-strike, electronic warfare and autonomous systems continue to attract strong interest from armed forces around the world, underscoring the growing need for integrated and operationally proven defense capabilities,” said Ahmet Akyol, ASELSAN President & CEO.

“Our presence at EUROSATORY 2026 reflects both the breadth of our technology portfolio and the strength of our international partnerships. Through the solutions we are exhibiting and the agreements we have signed, ASELSAN is further expanding its role as a trusted global defense partner, delivering multi-domain capabilities that meet the evolving challenges of today’s security environment,” Akyol said.
