French aerospace company Dassault Aviation has released its annual summary of production, deliveries, and orders for its multi-role Rafale fighter jet. The 2024 results highlight a promising trajectory for the programme, underpinned by strong performance and demand.

According to Dassault, 21 Rafale aircraft were delivered in 2024, surpassing the planned target of 20 units. The deliveries included 14 jets for the French Air Force and seven for export customers, reflecting a significant increase in production compared to 2023, when 13 units were delivered.

The company also reported securing orders for 30 additional Rafale aircraft last year, destined for export markets. These include contracts with Serbia and Indonesia, further cementing the Rafale’s appeal to international clients.

As of 31 December 2024, Dassault held a total of 220 orders for Rafale jets, with 56 earmarked for France and the remaining 164 for export customers. Major export deals include 80 aircraft for the United Arab Emirates, 12 for Serbia, 42 for Indonesia, and 30 for Egypt.
