The acquisition positions Redwire to offer combined capabilities in both space and airborne platforms—two of the fastest growing sectors in defence innovation. The new entity aims to deliver software-defined, AI-enabled solutions across multiple domains and orbits, from Earth to the Moon and Mars.
With this integration, Redwire significantly expands its global presence with over 1,300 skilled employees and more than 628,000 square feet of manufacturing and production space across the U.S. and Europe. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Redwire’s revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow.
